Cooking Class

We offer a private culinary experience for your home. The Chef will create a menu adapted to the skills you wish to develop. On the day, we will explain how and where to choose ingredients. Prep and follow the recipes. At the end of the class you will have a full meal served by your chef. Magnifique!

Home Events

NORANISE DINING

When we agree the right menu for you, we go shopping in the local specialised supplier. All prep will be done in our kitchen. We arrive 2 hours before the beginning of the event. The chef will assist you sitting up the table. Your dinner will be plated and served. At the end, your kitchen will be as tidy as before.

About Us

As a chef, Pierre truly believes in the produce’s respect. He has been Sydney-based for 8 years where has met passionate people, great produce, and a vibrant coffee community.

He is a French Chef with 20 years of experience in fine restaurants and hotels. Born and raised in the surrounding of Paris – Learning the basics in Michelin stars restaurant in South of France and Paris. He has always been keen to travel allowing me to discover new food and meet people. Working overseas has grown his culinary curiosity and adaptability. Now his will is to share all those French skills.

Noranise Dining aims to pick seasonal produce and organic ingredients with the finest local farmers and suppliers. Our target is to cook dynamic dishes to be healthier.
